The composer received the ‘Boost to Contemporary Creation’ award for the opera Tránsito
"Kaierak: Basque Composers of the 21st Century," published by Musikene and Eresbil. The book presentation will take place on Friday, May 23, at 7:30 p.m. at the Bilbao Philharmonic Society.
The Barcelona Symphony Orchestra and the National Orchestra of Catalonia, directed by Ludovic Morlot, will perform the work with soloist Sílvia Pérez Cruz
