This score is part of a series of works published by the Academia Musical de Indias in their desire to spread the ancient music of Latin America between European vocal ensembles and choirs, amateur or professional. Some of these works were adapted, respecting the style of the composer and his time, so they can be interpreted by the vast majority of vocal structure four mixed voices SATB. The continuous parts can be played using a key, organ, theorbe, lute, ancient harp (diatonic) or baroque guitar. There are, in general, instruments that were used at that time in Latin America. The choice of instrument depends on continuing the work, but also in the strength and possibilities of all to interpret it. The basso continuo was written as a melodic bass line, as used at that time. A staff was left over the bass line so that the interpreter can write their own version.
