The twelve movements of this work show different silentscapes inspired by the lecture of some haikus by Santôka, Osamu, Kyoshi, Hôsha, Sobaku, Ryuin, Issa, Kakei, Riei, Chigetsumi, Minteisengan and Renseki. Hôsha’s haiku “Aquietada la mente / en el bosque profundo / gotea el agua. provides the title, and points to the contemplative mood of the work. The work is dedicated to my friend Josep Maria Guix, composer of a very beautiful music.
