Manuel Castillo and Antonio José, Tritó novelties

As part of our efforts to revive 20th-century Spanish symphonic music, Tritó now offers  "Sinfonía Castellana" by Antonio José, a rare example of orchestral savior faire from this great musician who died in the Civil War. This publication is fruit of an agreement with FUNDACIÓN SIGLO of the Regional Government of Castilla y León. On the other hand, as part of an agreement signed with the Junta de Andalucía for the publication of the catalogue of the late Manuel Castillo, Tritó has just released Castillo's "Sinfonia nº 1" and "Concierto para piano y orquesta", which will facilitate the diffusion of the music by the Sevillian composer, one of the lesser known figures of the generation of the 1951. Finally, Tritó's catalogue of contemporary composers has been enlarged with the addition of "Lumières abyssales – Chroma I" for orchestra by Hèctor Parra; "Wasserfall" and "Memento" for piano by Jesús Torres, in addition to "Verwandlung" by David Padrós for flute quartet.
