Bressoleig is a lullaby written in 1998 as a gift to his friend and publisher, Llorenç Caballero, to celebrate the birth of Caballero’s first son.
Improviso epilogal, on the other hand, was written on commission by the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando which asked several Spanish composers to write a piece dedicated to Ramón González Amezua, musician and director of the Academy, on his eightieth birthday.
