ApelÀles Mestres’s story about friendship and the defence of nature was set to music by Salvador Brotons using an adaptation of the original text. Throughout the story, the beauty of Liliana, the sadness of Puk, the curse of the spider and the song of the frogs are translated into musical motifs.
