This work for chorus and orchestra was composed by Jesus Guridi on an uncertain date before 1922, when a version for music band was created by José Franco.
Whit the title of Cuadros vascos o Estampas vascas this work was premiered as a ballet at the Teatro Madrid on February 3 in 1942.
